recalibrate - less is more

It's interesting how the simplest things can spark our joy.

And it's even more interesting how hard our beliefs, structures and even self made rules try so hard to them away.

Its noticeable how good you and everyone around you feels when the sun finally comes out after a long gloomy period. Its noticeable how flowers blooming in spring and summer can make your heart flutter again.

A quiet sip of coffee or tea in the afternoon for a break.

The laughter of someone you hear and even better if it sounds strange!

These little habits of slowing down and noticing are what your body needs to recalibrate back to its energy.

Society doesn't want you to do it. Neither do big corporations, neither does the government. They want "more more more" from you.

This pressure within and without to consume, create, produce, strive and just be plain old busy is what the old world is asking for.

Its noticeable when someone is feeling good in their energy, its contagious; their smile, attitude, walk all seem different. And it comes from recalibrating their energy to be in tune with themselves,  their own needs and back into the love in their hearts.

Not just romantically, but we do see new lovers do this. The type of love is pure and comes from an appreciation of just being able to exist now and at this moment. It’s heart full.

So today let let go of the expectations, the needs of doing, wanting, buying, making and getting things done. Enough is enough we deserve our energy back we deserve to shine and we deserve to let in the light and radiate it back out to others.

This is really what the world needs. its you and your shine and your ability to thrive and be at peace. Work is always around the corner and things will always need to be done so if even just for today enjoy the simplest moments of seeking joy for yourself.
